Nsion Ltd’s NSC3’s Customer Register Description
Nsion Ltd’s NSC3 related processing of personal data by consent of a registered user or through a customer relationship.
Personal data is used for the maintenance, management and development, analysis, statistics, service delivery, provision and development of customer related relationships.
Nsion Ltd registers only the information provided by the customer himself.
The register covers the following categories of information:
Personal data is collected when registering, using the service or otherwise directly from the registered user. Personal data can also be collected and updated from the customer’s own relevant registers.
Nsion Ltd does not gather personal information from a commercial or a third party. Also, Nsion Ltd does not disclose personal information to third parties.
Nsion Ltd can give personal information within the limits permitted and mandated by current legislation, for example when responding to information requests from the authorities. The information will not be processed or transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
Information is gathered to common databases of the system protected by a firewall and other technical means. Databases are located in locked and secured spaces and data can only be accessed by certain predetermined persons.
Stakeholders’ personal data is stored in a controller’s system that is protected by operating system protection software. Using the system requires a personal user account and a password. The system is also protected by a firewall and other technical means. The information stored in the register is accessible and authorized to use only by certain predetermined employees of the controller. The information on the register is located in a locked and secured space.
Each person that has access to information in the personal data register has signed a non-disclosure agreement.
In accordance with the section 26 of Personal Data Act everyone in the personal data register has the right to check what information is stored concerning him/her in it. The request must be submitted signed in a written form to the service provider of NSC3.
